🌟 It’s hard to believe it’s already been a month since school let out! Our Future Stars have been missed — it’s been way too quiet around here without your bright smiles and big energy.

We’d love to see what our students and staff have been up to this summer!

☀️ Whether it’s adventures, new hobbies, or just some well-deserved rest — share your photos or stories in the comments!

📅 We’re counting down the days until we see our Future Stars again at Back to School Night on August 19! 💫

School may be out for summer, but we have a few more deserving team members we’d like to recognize to wrap up the 2024-2025 school year!

#Kudos to Hannah Guffy and Ron Koch at Leeds Elementary School.

Dee Sturgeon said, "Kudos to Hannah Guffy and Ron Koch from Leeds Elementary School! They’ve been certified as a Unified Champion School for Special Olympics Iowa. They engage students with and without Intellectual Disabilities to play and learn together throughout the school day. The smiles and laughter that come from their relationships warms your heart on a daily basis. They’re truly a blessing!"

💰✨ Before we ended our school year, our Kindergarteners had a special visit from Central Bank!

Students learned all about the importance of saving, spending, and donating in fun, age-appropriate ways. They played games to practice recognizing coin and bill values, and even got to paint their own piggy banks to take home! 🐷💵

Big thanks to Central Bank for making financial literacy fun and meaningful for our youngest learners!
