Mrs. Nash and our House Leaders have been hard at work completing leadership lessons throughout the school year. 🌟
This month’s focus was Leading with Gratitude, and our leaders took time to reflect on what makes Leeds such a special place.
As part of their activity, they created an acrostic poem to highlight what they are most grateful for at our school:
L– Leaders (our students are growing into confident leaders)
E– Energy (the energy we feel when we are at school)
E– Education (helps us grow academically and personally)
D– Differences (everybody is different in their own way)
S– Staff and Students (together, we create a welcoming, supportive environment)
We’re so proud of the heart, thoughtfulness, and leadership they continue to show each month! 💜✨
🌟 Substitute Appreciation Day was this past week!🌟
We would like to give a shout out to all of our amazing substitutes- our school runs smoother because of you!
A special thanks to our 5th grade students and staff who put together Sub Appreciation Kits for subs to grab when they check in! This is just one way to say “thank you!”
